Requisition Form

All targeted clones must be MAP-tested prior to their introduction into any NYUMC animal facility. It is strongly recommended that all targeted clones be karyotyped prior to injection - contact the Director for further information. 

DNA Injection

Requisition Form and Datasheet

1. An aliquot of purified DNA construct in injection buffer (minimum volume 50µL); we will provide injection buffer.
2. A photo of a gel clearly indicating the band to be injected.
3. A Spec reading of submitted DNA.
4. A copy of the Southern blot genotyping protocol which will be used to screen all putative founders.

Rederivation

Requisition Form

Do not submit a rederivation requisition until imported mice have arrived into the NYUMC quarantine facility.  Please obtain a Rederivation Importation accession number from DLAR and enter it onto the requisition form prior to submission.
